  • Is AuroraFlow only for e-commerce?

    AuroraFlow can also be adapted for various industries, including education, hospitality, real estate, tourism, and more. We create custom scenarios tailored to your specific needs, starting with the Professional plan.

  • What will be my involvement in installing AuroraFlow?

    Minimal. We handle everything end-to-end - scenarios, integrations, and design. From you, we only need: a short briefing, documents/files for the knowledge base, and technical access to your website or API. Everything else is on us.

  • What is LLM and why is it billed separately?

    LLM (Large Language Model) — advanced AI models that generate natural, human-like responses. We support integration with OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, and others upon client request.


    Billing is based on the actual usage of tokens (units of text processed by the model). The cost depends on the selected model and the volume of queries. Typically, pricing is applied through an external API.

  • Which integrations are supported?

    Web, PrestaShop, and Telegram out of the box. We can also quickly integrate with Magento, WordPress, your CRM/ERP via API, as well as WhatsApp, Instagram, and other messengers if needed.

  • Can I update the knowledge base myself?

    Yes. You can add new documents, FAQs, policies, and guidelines directly through the platform without our involvement.

  • What is the minimum subscription period?

    The minimum period is 3 months (quarterly), since we configure the assistant according to your specific business logic. You can also request a free demo.

  • What support is included in the plans?

    All plans include Helpdesk/chat support. The Enterprise plan can include priority support with faster request handling (within 12 hours).

  • Is there a demo version?
